• Buyer indicates desired quantity bearing in mind our minimum order and provides us LOI and POF.
• Seller issues POP and FCO for the real end-buyer and initiates an eVisa application and hotel reservation after authenticating buyer’s capability.
• After signing the FCO, seller transfers the gold to a third-party mineral handling and logistic company in agreement with a law firm.
• In the presence of the buyer/buyer’s representative, the gold is tested and buyer deposits 50% payment after first assay at the local refinery to mineral handling and logistic company’s desired bank account upon a Proforma Invoice.
• Buyer completes the 50% balance payment after the final assay at buyer’s local refinery with all parties present
• Seller issues a notarized contract of sale of Au Gold to buyer/ buyer’s representative

The Kenyan Government passed a bill urging mineral resource traders and merchants to issue contract of sale for every mineral resource leaving the country. Therefore, NO gold is leaving Kenya without a notarized contract of sale.

We are a legally registered institution following the rules stipulated by the Kenyan Mineral Commission affirming that our gold has no criminal attachment and can be sold and smelted anywhere in the world.

A neutral experienced third-party (i.e. mineral handling and logistic company or a law firm) is involved as a handler, guaranteeing arbitrary measures to ensure a safe transaction for all parties involved.
